BLACK BISON

Ingredients
3 Slices Root Ginger
3 Lime Wedges
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
60ml Sake
15ml Lychee Puree
5ml Gomme
15ml Lime & Lemongrass Cordial

Method
Muddle the limes and ginger in a
boston glass, add all other ingredients
and shake & pour into a hi-ball glass
and top with Jamaican ginger beer.
Garnish with two lime wedges.
